Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Breakfast/lunch at coney before heading out of town: cheese like product, pita & fries, lol
Not pictured: somehow I missed my shakeology!? I'm a mess, lol
2. This thing gave me insta-headache.
3. Dinner out: onion rings, we sent the fried pickles back. Sadly, they were nasty.
4. More headache creator
5. Last of the cookies that I saved from the exchange - yum! Chips with cheese & wine (my white elephant glass holds a whole bottle, LOL)
So, I don't like to say 'restarting tomorrow' because lets get real, each choice is a fresh start & a new chance! But, I've been on a spiral so I need to get my mind right & focus 100%! Tomorrow it is. We leave for our trip in 22 days so I'll be starting a 21 day fix tomorrow. What's that mean? Basically, I'll be committing to eating clean for 3 weeks. I got this! :):):)
And I'm going to do insanity max 30 so I can roll it through vacation -- no equipment needed! Can't take up too much precious luggage space with a few DVDs, right!? ;)
Body Beast Week 9 Day 7/block 3 = travel day, we ended up taking a rest day.
