Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Breakfast out: apple crepe, eggs, home fries, fruit cup, wheat toast

2. Mac & cheese with peas 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, ice, & water 


More shopping but not at the grocery store. Is it January yet? lol
