Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Mac & cheese with peas
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water, with eggs & toast
3. Last of the leftover alfredo
It's a good thing I had a double serving of spinach in my shakeology. I didn't realize how little I ate today until just now! Busy with baking, wrapping & last minute shopping.
Body Beast Week 9 Day 1/block 3 = build chest/tris! I forgot how long the build section was. Loooooong breaks, lol
