Photo food journal 1 year 1 week

1 year, 1 week!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 

 

1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, kale, banana, peanut butter, ice, & water

2. Lunch out: cheese something or others 

3. Lunch out: soup & salad 

4. Pizza 


Rough day, I found out an old friend passed away & I'm having a hard time processing it. So heartbroken. 


Body Beast Week 7 Day 4/block 2 = bulk back! Late workout & it felt really good to push myself. Something about death gives me major motivation. *because I can*
