Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water, with eggs/spinach/feta
2. Roast, broccoli, homemade mashed potatoes & a biscuit
3. A dill
4. Vanilla yogurt (ran out of plain!) with frozen peaches
5. Second shake today.
Not a bad day overall! Somehow missed lunch, probably because I ate breakfast so late after battling the vitamix peanut butter monster.
Body Beast Week 1 Day 4 = Insanity practice! I did way better without videoing myself! And. My legs are still killing me.... lol
