Photo journal & all that fitness

10 months & 2 days!! of changing my life! 

PIyo/T25 hybrid = week 1 day 5


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice, & water with a larabar 

2. Pizza on the road, I seriously attempted a salad but the line was way too long for solo traveling with the little fellas. 

3. Watermelon 

4. More pizza & breadsticks at our destination 

5. Cooooookies. 

6. Beer! 


Traveling day! I have recently experienced something I don't think I ever have. Bloating! I literally thought my belly was just getting fat again. It was pretty funny when it was pointed out that no, that's bloating. I guess daily pizza will do that to a girl! :-O The unusual findings when losing weight & getting in shape. Ha. 


Week 1, day 5 of the Piyo/T25 hybrid schedule = Piyo Buns before we hit the road this morning! Finally did a Piyo workout on this schedule, lol #BOOM
