1. Blueberry chocolate chip pumpkin muffin remnants
2. Lunch out: bell peppers, carrots, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, half of an apple & half of a pear
3. Rice & beans with tortilla chips
4. Yogurt with maple syrup & vanilla extract (need to make more peanut butter!) & pita with cheese
