Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. Road load!! Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water, with eggs/spinach/feta scramble
2. Potluck lunch: vegan noodles, corn/bean salad, crackers, cheese, cheesy bread, brownies, apple cobbler
3. & 4. Dinner out: salad (with ranch), guacamole (with chips), onions (with breading. What? LOL) & a veggie burger with broccoli. :)
We had our Halloween party today at the co-op, crazy day!! The little fellas had a blast!
Body Beast Week 1 Day 3/block 1 = skipped the formal workout to move 1000 pounds of new to us weights into our space. :)
