Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. Chocolate & peanut butter pancakes
2. vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, pineapple, banana, ice, & water
3. Homemade soup (carrots, celery, cabbage were the main ingredients) & sandwich (leftover roast, muenster cheese & mayo)
4. Frozen peaches & plain yogurt with peanut butter & maple syrup
Busy day playing in the yard. By playing, I mean dealing with the massive piles of leaves...... lol
Body Beast Week 1 Day 6 = rest day!! I feel like I worked out though after carrying the leaf blower on my back for hours.
