2. Road snacks: cottage cheese, bell peppers, carrots, & sunflower seeds
3. Meeting snacks: chocolate chip pumpkin cookies
4. Road snacks return trip: vegan chocolate shakeology & a larabar
Road trip to Ohio & back for an uplifting & empowering meeting with some of my team.
Fitness = rest day! I'm still not back in a routine so getting out of the house by 3PM for a 3 hour drive really threw me for a loop!
