Photo journal & a traveling day

10 months, 1 week, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: no commitment!


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water with a pita topped with cheese

2.  Road snacks: cottage cheese, bell peppers, carrots, & sunflower seeds

3. Meeting snacks: chocolate chip pumpkin cookies 

4. Road snacks return trip: vegan chocolate shakeology & a larabar 


Road trip to Ohio & back for an uplifting & empowering meeting with some of my team.  


Fitness = rest day! I'm still not back in a routine so getting out of the house by 3PM for a 3 hour drive really threw me for a loop!
