Photo journal & some Body Beast

10 months & 1 week!! of changing my life! 

PIyo/T25 hybrid = week 2 day 3. Orrrrrr FREE FOR ALL! 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice, & water with sausage (and a dab of maple syrup)

2. Lunch out: bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, & some cheese

3. GROSS! I might not be a fan of pumpkin 

4. 2 veggie burgers with cheese, rice, tomatoes, plain yogurt (with peanut butter & maple syrup) & frozen peaches 


Light day! I'm going to make a plan for tomorrow right now. 


Week 2, day 3 of the Piyo/T25 hybrid schedule = Body Beast back & bis. I'm lifting way more weight. #BOOM
