Photo journal, Piyo & 21 day fix & insanity! Oh my.

9 months, 3 weeks!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 5 day 3 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice, water, with leftover cheeseburger rolls   

2. Chicken patty (I ate 3!) & broccoli 

3. Frozen peaches 

4. Tortilla chips bake with cheese, topped with black beans, tomatoes, & a dollop (or glob, lol) of sour cream 


Day 17 of 21 day fix - unplanned day so I'm missing some things. 


Week 5, day 3 = I cheated on Piyo with some Insanity. Such an awesome workout! Seriously.
