Photo journal & Body Beast week 1

10 months, 2 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water, with eggs/spinach/feta (sausage but I didn't eat it - it had fennel. I'm NOT a fan of fennel)

2. Mac & cheese with peas and a partially eaten apple (yay children, lol)

3. Two veggie burgers with hot cheese topped with bell pepper & onions (I didn't eat the onions, I'm weird - the smell & essence on the food is good but I don't like to actually eat them, lol)

4. Plain yogurt with frozen peaches 


I don't know if it's in my head or from really giving the workouts my all. But, I'm feeling actual hunger. That hasn't happened in a while!


Body Beast Week 1 Day 3 = build back & bis! My legs hurt so badly...... that is all. LOL
