PIyo/T25 hybrid = week 1 day 1
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water with homemade pumpkin pancakes topped with peanut butter & a bit of maple syrup
2. Frozen peaches
3. Vegetarian chili! (I had a second bowl with brown rice)
4. Larabar on the road to an outing with a friend, essential oil education!
Day 1 of the 5 day clean eating challenge - failed to plan & need to shop. But, I did ok overall! I hope to hit the store tomorrow, we need fresh produce!
Week 1, day 1 of the Piyo/T25 hybrid schedule = ummmm, Body Beast chest & tris? lol Rob was out of town & asked me to workout with him, so I did! :)
