PIYO = round 2/week 5 day 7 -- so off of this schedule.

2. Baked cheese pita & red potatoes
3. Coffeeeeee! I totally have a headache from it now. I'm better off caffeine free!
4. Mac & cheese with peas
5. Vanilla yogurt (out of plain!) with frozen peaches (currently impatiently waiting for them to defrost so I don't hurt my tongue, lol)
Day 21 of 21 day fix - TERRIBLE END to this round! 5 day clean eating challenge starts tomorrow!
Week 5, day 7 = I didn't workout today. I could make up a bunch of excuses but straight up, I didn't want to. So, I didn't. Back at it tomorrow with a T25/Piyo hybrid with my challenge group! ;)
