PIyo/T25 hybrid = week 1 day 3


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice, & water  

2. Lunch out: cottage cheese, colby & sunflower seeds 

3. Larabar 

4. Pizza & breadsticks #oops #notcleaneating

5. Frozen peaches  


Day 3 of the 5 day clean eating challenge  - I'm totally sucking this week in the nutrition department.
