Photo journal & Body Beast

10 months, 1 week, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current program: FREE FOR ALL! 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice, & water with tomatoes, 2 chicken patties & cheese

2. Plain yogurt (with maple syrup & peanut butter) & frozen peaches 

3.Homemade veggie soup (2 bowls!) 

4. More yogurt 


Decent day in the nutrition department! Could have used more protein though. 


Fitness = Body Beast back. I've been way off my schedule & not getting my workouts in early. Thankfully Rob keeps me going when he gets home from work, I just join his schedule. :)
