INSANITY with Body Beast aching legs.

Week 1 day 4 (? lol) of body beast is cardio so I did Insanity! I'm getting better! Especially without videoing myself, lol Killer workout! 
I might still join Rob later for the BB cardio workout. Might not. 
The good news is, my legs have finally stopped aching! lol 
I must eat now. A lot. 




No, wait. They haven't. False report! Stairs proved me wrong, lol
