Photo journal & a rest day

10 months, 1 week, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast? lol


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water with a bagel topped with cheese, & chocolate chip pancakes  

2. Busy day: Rob brought home Thai -- vegetable curry with tofu & a veggie egg roll  

3. Frozen peaches, wine ( #cheers !) & plain yogurt with maple syrup & peanut butter 


Not great choices today! But, there it is. #keepitreal


Fitness = rest day. Lots of moving & reorganizing. #movingchaos
