Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water with a pita topped with hot cheese
2. Blueberry chocolate chip pumpkin muffins
3. 2 veggie burgers with cheese, rice & bell peppers
4. Popcorn with real butter & plain yogurt with peanut butter & maple syrup
Decision made to tackle Body Beast. Expect much more (clean) food to be consumed, lol
Body Beast Week 1 Day 1 = back & tris! We didn't have notebooks to record our weights today but they're out for tomorrow! :)
