Photo journal, no fitness

10 months & 5days!! of changing my life! 

PIyo/T25 hybrid = week 2 day 1


1. Vanilla shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice, & water -- #vitamix not required, this fella does a great job! 

2. Breakfast out before hitting the road back home: greek (tomatoes & feta) omelet with home fries & toast  

3. I ALMOST made all good choices today. I needed caffeine to finish the drive & I got nothin' to explain the lemon pound cake 

4. Came home to homemade spaghetti with green beans & garlic toast. #homesweethome


Grocery store tomorrow! I love to visit but I'm glad to be home & anxious to get back on track. 


Week 2, day 1 of the Piyo/T25 hybrid schedule = took another rest day. It was needed. Back at it tomorrow!
