Photo journal & Body Beast week 1 (again, lol)

10 months, 2 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water, with eggs/spinach/feta scramble 

2. Packed lunch out: beans & rice with 2 oranges 

3. Looks like an egg but it's a cheese pita, lol 

4. How did THAT get in there!?!? :-O bonus - I only had what's pictured. Huge accomplishment. 

5. Plain yogurt with maple syrup 

6. Popcorn! 


Long, fun day at the science center!! :) I need to meal plan, I'm extremely lacking in the veggie department!! #whatsnotnew


Body Beast Week 1 Day 1/block 1 = build chest & tris! We restarted because we accidentally did block 3 last week. Which explains why my legs were sore for so damn long, lol
