Photo journal & Body Beast

10 months, 3 weeks!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water

2. Mac & cheese with peas 

3. Pomegranate with a carrot #random

4. Leftover alfredo with garlic toast & a veggie burger with cheese & broccoli
