Photo journal, Piyo & 21 day fix & body beast

9 months, 3 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 5 day 4 


1. Ezekiel cinnamon raisin french toast topped with peanut butter & a bit of maple syrup with fried potatoes & scrambled eggs 

2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water 

3. Cucumber & bell pepper slices 

4. Nectarine & plain yogurt with maple syrup, vanilla extract & peanut butter 

5. Popcorn with real butter 


Day 18 of 21 day fix - pretty good day! Couldn't resist the popcorn. :) 


Week 5, day 4 = I cheated on Piyo AGAIN with some Body Beast. I needed something lower key today. It's been a loooong week (sick sleepless little fella).
