Photo journal & Body Beast

10 months, 2 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, pineapple, ice, & water

2. Pizza & a breadstick while out shopping 

3. Leftover roast & broccoli after working out 

4. Cheesy pita


Does anyone eat terribly on grocery shopping day? I ended up falling asleep putting the little fellas to bed so didn't even try to get anything more in today! 


Body Beast Week 1 Day 5 = build shoulders! Not one of my favorites because I have wonky shoulders but, got 'er done! :)
