3. Cheesy pita
4. Unreal candy bar (or 5 #keepitreal )
5. Popcorn with butter
6. Leftover alfredo

Body Beast Week 1 Day 5/block 1 = build shoulders! I really like that one. I cleared out the dining room storage space today so lots of stairs with weights (totes) plus trick or treating with the little fellas plus only 1 serving of veggies (thankful for my shakeology!). I'm BEAT!!
