Photo journal & Body Beast on Halloween

10 months, 3 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Corn flakes & the latest Piyo live workout! 

2.  Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water 

3. Cheesy pita 

4. Unreal candy bar (or 5 #keepitreal )

5. Popcorn with butter

6. Leftover alfredo 


***yawn*** 


Body Beast Week 1 Day 5/block 1 = build shoulders! I really like that one. I cleared out the dining room storage space today so lots of stairs with weights (totes) plus trick or treating with the little fellas plus only 1 serving of veggies (thankful for my shakeology!). I'm BEAT!!
