9 months, 3 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life!
PIYO = round 2/week 5 day 6 -- so off of this schedule.
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water, Robs homemade breakfast
2. Surprise cheese & cracker snack
3. Homemade broccoli alfredo
4. Apple with peanut butter (flax & chia) - lost most to a couple o' fellas
5. Frozen peaches (impatiently let them defrost a bit, still hurt my tongue! lol) & popcorn
Day 20 of 21 day fix - I'm almost done & I'm failing to plan! Short on veggies again but did pretty well elsewhere.
Week 5, day 6 = Body Beast bulk shoulders! #BOOM
