Photo journal & Body Beast

10 months, 1 week, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast? lol


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water with a bagel topped with cheese 

2. Pizza

3. I had to have a small glass of the fruit fly wine, lol

4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & peanut butter 


We're going to create a menu on Sunday for the week. No flying by the seat of my pants this week! 


Fitness = Body Beast arms. Awesome workout!
