PIyo/T25 hybrid = week 1 day 6

1. Our Grandma was very well known for her pancakes. We made replica for breakfast this morning because we'll be running late tomorrow.
2. Sausages
3. Apple orchard! I won't even admit to how many donuts I had. :-O
4. Veggie & tofu (extra of both! I desperately needed veggies & protein) curry with a slice of cheese pizza (almost made it a whole day without any pizza..... lol #travelingissues #badchoices )
5. Wine. I prefer winter white! I don't drink often but this weekend has called for it. #cheers
I'm looking forward to restarting 21 day fix on Monday. Or Tuesday? We'll be headed home Monday after saying our final goodbyes to our grandma tomorrow.
Week 1, day 6 of the Piyo/T25 hybrid schedule = T25 beta core cardio -- didn't wanna but I'm glad I did! Rest day tomorrow.
