Not pictured: Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water
1. Chinese & veggie spring roll -- triple strep in the little fellas! What a morning.
2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & peanut butter (Ev dumped an entire bottle of vanilla extract in a bowl I had waiting while I tended to A -- no more vanilla extract!)
3. Popcorn with real butter
Add on frozen peaches. I'm tired & forgetful today, lol
Day 19 of 21 day fix - rough one! Couldn't resist the popcorn, again. :)
Week 5, day 5 = rest day! Much needed rest day.
