21 Day Fix Extreme results -- round 1!

Round 1 of 21 Day Fix Extreme results = 11.5 inches & 8 pounds lost! 
I'm insanely happy with these results! 
~ I only worked out 17/21 days. 
~ I had 1 MAJOR splurge day. 

I loved this program! 
The workouts were challenging. 
And, eating strictly clean for majority of the time was SO good for me! 
It also helped me to get my portions in check. 
I'm planning to just continue on -- I'm still nursing my injury but hopefully I'll get back to my workouts ASAP!

Day 14 = I went out to eat with one of the little fellas & did NOT touch the dessert he had! We went just for him because he was sick yesterday when everyone else went out. I'm pretty proud of my willpower! :)

Day 12 of 21 Day Fix Extreme

Day 12 = cardio fix extreme! I did it. It's done. I'm glad, lol I'm getting stronger & could almost do the whole thing without modifying. #BOOM
Now, I LOVE this program - the nutrition plan & the workouts kick ass. However, I do NOT love no rest days. It's only 21 days, I can doooooo it! :)

Day 11 = I've been getting loose with my teaspoons & blue container. And, I 'tasted' some of the mac & cheese I made for the boys today. :-O  Oh & I realized today that english muffins & pitas are NOT on the extreme plan. GAH! Tomorrow is a new day.

2. Packed lunch for a day out: Vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, pineapple, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice & water. Cottage cheese with a nectarine. Peanut butter & cinnamon sandwich. Carrots & hummus. 

3. Cucumbers & tomatoes with olive oil & ACV 

4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup) with blueberries  

5. Black beans & couscous 

 

Day 10 = halfway there! I'm kind of (pleasantly!) surprised how easy it's become to get in all of these veggies.

21 Day Fix Extreme Day 10 = Pilates Fix Extreme! This one was tough today. I'm trying to learn alternative moves to work for my #diastasrecti instead of against. Almost this whole workout needs modifying. I'll get there!
