1 year, 3 months, 2 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: 21 Day Fix Extreme!
1. French toast with peanut butter, bananas & cinnamon with cheesy eggs (Ev ate most of the eggs!)
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, pumpkin seeds, ice, & water
3. Veggie burgers with cheese, bell peppers, baked tortilla & leftover potato soup
4. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & peanut butter
Day 14 = I went out to eat with one of the little fellas & did NOT touch the dessert he had! We went just for him because he was sick yesterday when everyone else went out. I'm pretty proud of my willpower! :)

21 Day Fix Extreme Day 14 = Should have been yoga but I opted for a rest day. Autumn keeps rolling through my mind saying, if you want something you've never had, you have to do what you've never done! My body refuses do go 3 weeks without a rest day. #excuses #logical
