Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach (double), banana, ice & water (can you see it beyond my toast? Ev stole it, lol) with toast (2 pieces)
2. Carrots (double serving) with hummus, 2 veggie burgers with cheese, & mozzarella sticks (what!?)
3. Popcorn after moms night out #2
Pieced together so not the greatest day but I'm happy to be getting in my veggies again! :)
Body Beast Week 2 Day 4/block 1 = cardio & abs! I had to workout solo today because Rob was late getting home. Haven't done that in a while!
