Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, coconut oil, pineapple, ice & water
2. Lunch out: cheese pizza
3. Cookie & coffee - I needed something hot did my throat. Coffee was nasty & O nabbed half my cookie, lol
4. Homemade broccoli Alfredo
5. Plain yogurt (double serving)
Day 4 of 21 = major mess of a day. I'm sick with some kind of throat crud & need to grocery shop. #excuses
Body Beast Week 3 Day 4/block 1 = build shoulders! I took it easy with the weights to protect my shoulders but we got it done. :)
