1. Deviled eggs (I only had 3 halves)
2. Bell pepper slices
3. Green bean casserole, stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast & gravy
4. Pookie! Crumble top, apple 'pie' on a chocolate chip cookie
Not pictured: the vegan chocolate shakeology (shaken with water) that I'm sipping as I type. I fell asleep putting the little fellas to bed, right after my workout so I'm just getting it in. Along with a small plate of leftovers. ;)
Day 18 of 21 = happy thanksgiving! I tried to follow autumns tips & actually did pretty good!
Body Beast Week 5 Day 4/block 2 = bulk legs! Squeezed that in after dinner. Wow, I was a sweaty hot mess. lol
