11 months, 1 week, 2 days!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, kale, cinnamon, raw honey, ice & water and road load: celery, peanut butter, bell pepper, sunflower seeds, granola bar, second shake (didn't eat the fruit)
2. Popcorn with butter (O ate most)
3. Veggie burger with pepper jack cheese & leftover mashed potatoes
Day 6 of 21 = ok day. I'm still sick. Blah.
Body Beast Week 3 Day 6/block 1 = build legs! Awesome workout. :)
