Photo journal & a way better fuel day!

11 months, 2 weeks!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 


1. Four eggs with potatoes 

2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, banana, kale (double serving), ice & water, with bell pepper slices 

3. Two veggie burgers with pepper jack cheese, sautéed broccoli, yogurt -- not pictures, baked potato. It was still hard so had to go back in the oven, lol 


Day 11 of 21 = MUCH better fuel today!  


Body Beast Week 4 Day 4/block 2 = bulk arms! One word = #BOOM and add in a hells yeah! :)
