Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, banana, kale (double serving), cinnamon, ice & water
2. Beer & leftover egg rolls
3. Spaghetti by Rob with green beans & garlic bread (my kryptonite -- over ate)
4. Handful of chocolate
Day 14 of 21 = what the heck weekend!!! Better than its been though so I'm not beating myself up. :)
Body Beast Week 4 Day 7/block 2 = bulk shoulders! So happy with how I'm progressing in lifting heavier, especially doing the shoulder workout. #BOOM
