Photo journal & a very sleepy day

11 months, 1 week, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, kale, cinnamon, raw honey, ice & water

2. Lunch out: cheese pizza & a spinach whatever that thing is called. 

Not pictured: bell peppers

3. Chicken nugget, baked beans, & biscuit 

4. Cinnamon roll

5. Yogurt 


Day 10 of 21 = didn't even try. For real. 


Body Beast Week 4 Day 3/block 2 = swapped for a rest day.
