1.Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, ice, & water
2. Cheesy pita & bell pepper slices
3. Plain yogurt with peanut butter & blueberries
4. Bell pepper slices
5. Popcorn
Day 19 of 21 = better day today but I'm not feeling well again. Germs be damned!
Body Beast Week 5 Day 5/block 2 = took a rest day today, I've been coughing nonstop.
