Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. Egg & cheese sandwich
2. Road load! Carrots, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, string cheese, stole a yogurt from the little fellas (forgot a spoon, lol), unreal mini candy bars, vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, spinach, banana, ice, & water plus a straight shake for the drive home
3. Cold cheese pizza
4. Popcorn
Road trip day for training with some awesome people.
Body Beast Week 1 Day 7/block 1 = rest day! With lots of driving.
