Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, coconut oil, pineapple, ice & water
2. Lunch out: bell peppers, carrots, hummus, sunflower seeds,
3. Whoops! Pumpkin bread, I ordered it from a bake sale last week. Luckily the little fellas are HUGE fans so I didn't eat much, lol
4. Mac & cheese with peas
5. Yogurt (double serving)
Day 3 of 21 = poor planning & tired leads to over carbing, under protein/veggie/fruit! Tomorrow is a new day & tonight is an early bed time.
