Photo journal & body beast week 2

11 months, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Vanilla shakeology (still out of of vegan chocolate!), peanut butter, banana, pineapple, ice & water (I ended up having my shake for lunch, after working out), with eggs & toast

2. Mexican: tortilla chips, cheese, chorizo, bell pepper, onions, black beans, jalapeño tomatoes, homemade guacamole 

3. How'd that get there!? Ice cream. 

4. Yogurt & frozen peaches 


Need more veggies! 


Body Beast Week 2 Day 6/block 1 = build bulk legs! Ouch. In a good way! ;)
