Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice & water
2. Nachos: pepper jack cheese, black beans & bell pepper
3. Yogurt with peanut butter, blueberries & chocolate chips (I ended up with a second bowl after bedtime because Ev nabbed this one, lol)
4. Cheese sandwich
5. Two veggie burgers with pepper jack cheese & sautéed broccoli
Day 17 of 21 = heavy on the cheese.
Body Beast Week 5 Day 3/block 2 = bulk arms! It was supposed to be legs but Rob was exhausted from going into work at 2AM to cook a shit ton of turkeys for the guys. So, we swapped.
