Photo journal, an unplanned rest day & an unplanned prep day! :)

10 months, 3 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach (double), banana, ice

2. Cheesy pita (I might be slightly obsessed with these right now! thanks DD, lol)

3. Cheese sandwich 

4. Carrots, peppers & celery 

5. Homemade veggie chili 


Overboard on the cheese, under on the protein, excellent with the veggies! #BOOM


Body Beast Week 2 Day 2/block 1 = unplanned rest day. Swapping for the scheduled day.
