Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, banana, kale (double serving), cinnamon, ice & water
2. Lunch out: black bean soup, mozzarella/tomato panini & baguette
3. Popcorn & beer
4. Bell peppers & yogurt with blueberries
Day 16 of 21 = usual day.
Body Beast Week 5 Day 2/block 2 = Rob wasn't feeling well so called a rest day swap. I wasn't feelin' the rest day so I knocked out Piyo Core after they all went to bed. #BOOM
