Photo journal & body beast & 21 day fix

11 months, 1 week, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 


1. Eggs & potatoes 

2. Apple  

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, kale, cinnamon, raw honey, ice & water

4. Pasta, green beans & garlic bread (I could eat an entire loaf!)

Add in #5, I just decided to have yogurt but I'm laying in bed with the little fellas. lol 


Day 9 of 21 = short on the veggies again. Guess what? I failed to prep after shopping! #failtoplanplantofail


Body Beast Week 4 Day 2/block 2 = bulk legs! That one kicks my butt! Literally.
