Photo journal & body beast

10 months, 3 weeks, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Eggs, spinach, feta & toast with butter 

Not pictured: Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach (double), banana, ice

2. Lunch out: bell peppers, hummus, & leftover chili  

3. Cheesy pita  

4. Popcorn & a bowl of cereal with the banana from picture #3, lol 


Pretty good day considering we were gone all day & I went out tonight! :)


Body Beast Week 2 Day 3/block 1 = build back & bis! Nursing an injury so I mega modified. But, I got 'er done.
