Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, honey, cinnamon, peanut butter, coconut oil, ice, & water, with toast
2. Sandwich by Rob - I only managed half
3. Toast, bell peppers, pomegranate & blueberry juice
Day 21 of 21 = sick day but on the mend!
Body Beast Week 5 Day 7/block 2 = I was determined to get in a workout today! But, I only had enough energy for a shower. First time ever missing more than 2 days in a row.... hoping I have enough energy for a double tomorrow!
