11 months, 2 weeks, 1 day!! of changing my life!
Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, banana, kale (double serving), ice & water, with a baked potato (forgot to eat it before bed last night, lol)
2. Cheesy tortilla chips with bell peppers
3. Yogurt & peaches
4. Green beans with cheeseburger rolls (I ate way more than just those 2 :-O)
Day 12 of 21 = heavy on the cheese but pretty good day.
Body Beast Week 4 Day 5/block 2 = cardio! My lungs still have the sickness but I powered through. :)
