Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology (YAY, it was in the mailbox!), banana, pineapple, ice & water (I ended up having my shake for lunch again), with chocolate chip & peanut butter pancakes
2. Carrots with hummus
3. Cheesy pita
4. Five ingredient peanut butter cookies (recipe on my blog)
5. Popcorn
Starting 21 Day Fix tomorrow! My portions are out of hand & I have no rhyme or reason to my choices.
Body Beast Week 2 Day 7/block 1 = rest day? Sort of. We raked, loaded onto a tarp & hauled TONS of leaves today!!
